We are not an organic box scheme.

We have been made aware of the poor quality and value for money being offered by several organic box schemes in our area. Here at Village Greens we pride ourselves on freshness, value for money and friendly, flexible customer service.
Village Greens is a small family run business delivering high quality, fresh fruit and vegetables to you doorstep. The produce we supply are as you would expect to find in a good quality greengrocers. We pride ourselves on offering the freshest produce, at competitive prices (current guide to prices available on request or online), combined with friendly and flexible customer service.
We try to source products from as close to home as possible, this is not always possible, in the case of bananas for example, they simply don't grow in the UK . We try to strike a good balance.
We buy our produce on the day of delivery, this helps us ensure the freshest possible produce for our customers.
Delivery days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
As we do the produce buying in the mornings, deliveries don't start until 1.30pm but run through to 8.30pm which some customers find helpful as they are home from work to receive their order.
Based in Wilsden, we offer free delivery on all orders within 10 miles and with only a £1.25 delivery charge for orders further afield.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or by online banking. Payment does not have to made on delivery.
We now accept as full or part payment Healthy Start Vouchers. These vouchers are issued by the government in replacement of the old style milk tokens. If you wish to pay using Healthy Start Vouchers please lets us know before delivery.
Please note no change can be given if only part value is used ~ sorry.

Why not have your order on a regular weekly delivery. No need to place your order every week, lets us know and you can have a regular weekly delivery.
